Report CardsElementary School (K-5th Grade)Parents will receive their student’s report cards four times a year. Parents will meet with teachers twice a year for conferences. Refer to school calendar for dates. The report cards will show your child’s progress on a 1 to 4 scale for each subject. 4 The student is meeting the targets and performing above the expectations. 3 The student is meeting the targets. 2 The student is working towards targets with continuing assistance. 1 The student needs more time to develop. The student will redo the project/assignment to guarantee mastery of the concept being assessed. Middle School (6th-8th Grades) Report cards are issued four times a year. Grading periods are mid-term, first semester, mid-term, and second semester. Parents will meet with teachers twice a year for conferences. Refer to school calendar for dates. The report cards follow the Washington State Transcript Guidelines which stipulate credit values:
